Appointment of Principal to Mac.Rob Term 2 , 2019

I am pleased to announce that Ms Anne Stout has been appointed as Principal of Mac.Rob commencing Term 2 2019.
Anne has been the Acting Principal at Mac.Rob during Term 1 so will continue in the role in which she has already settled well.
Anne was a unanimous choice among the selection panel.

Anne brings strong leadership, a clear vision and a deep understanding of the need to provide excellent education for girls at Mac.Rob. She believes in building the capacity of the girls and the staff to provide a modern, progressive education.  She believes that with a focus on collaboration with staff, girls, parents and past students she can build this shared vision. She is a strong advocate for a powerful student voice and the very best teaching practice.

Her previous experience at girls' schools (Mac.Rob and Firbank Grammar School) gives her an understanding of the needs of girls in a selective education setting and her recent experience at Albert Park Secondary College as Assistant Principal broadened her leadership to lead Mac.Rob through its next stage of growth.

Anne acknowledges the fine traditions of  the school and already has actively supported the Palladians Association and the Mac.Rob Foundation.
She is an enthusiastic and passionate educator.
